STRENGTHEN DIVERSITIY AND SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT
What motivates me most is when I am in a group of people, we learn together and benefit from each other the more diverse we are! A special concern of mine is to pass on my experiences and to support people in implementing their own ideas and also in mastering challenging situations. Understanding diversity as a resource and empowerment as an attitude accompany me in my processes and go hand in hand with „self-reflection and change of perspective“ as the basis of one’s own actions.
My name is Iklime Düx, I am 42 years old, and I live with my family in Münster.
I see my strengths in my open and friendly way of approaching people and accompanying them empathically. In this context, an appreciative, open approach to each other is particularly important to me.
